Sharmili Jagdale is the Founder & Owner of The Mumbai Social, a popular restaurant in Dubai. She is a successful businesswoman who has built a thriving business from the ground up.
Sharmili was born in Mumbai, India, and moved to Dubai to study further. She pursued her MBA, and she started working for MNC. But she quickly realized that she had a passion for food and hospitality, and she decided to open her own restaurant.
The Mumbai Social opened in 2016, and it quickly became a popular spot for people in Dubai.
The restaurant serves authentic Indian Maharashtrian food as well as Mumbai Street food. She is not only the founder but also the Head Chef for the Restaurant, all the recipes are specifically curated by her and closely supervised. She is involved in all the day to day restaurant activity right from cooking, purchasing, supervising, training marketing to accounting. The Mumbai Socialhas a warm and nostalgic atmosphere, which is designed after her many sleepless nights and the self born designer
Sharmili is known for her personal touch, and she always makes sure that her customers are happy.
In addition to running her restaurant, She gets the inspiration to cook from her mother Saroj Kothare, who is an excellent cook. Sharmili is also a dedicated mother and wife. She has two children, and she is always there to support them. She is a role model for many people, and her story is an inspiration to all who know her.

The Mumbai Social is a quirky Bollywood-Bombay Themed Resturant And Café, The Food to the ambiancé will surely bring you back nostalgic Memories. At The Mumbai Social, we offer authentic Indian & Maharashtrain cuisine made with fresh ingredients and traditional recipes. Our menu features a range of dishes from Maharashtrian, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Our Autenthic Dishes use High Quality Ingredients sourced from top companies. We use Fresh Vegetables, Mutton, Chicken And High Quality Masala Imported From India. We Use desi ghee, amul butter, amul cheese. We take Hygien Very Seriously here at The Mumbai Social All our staff are required to wear gloves and Cover their hair. Our Non-Veg And Veg items are strictly seprated to avoid cross contamination. We have separate Fridges And Storage Units For Our ingredient.
